Floriography Mail Club

The Floriography Mail Club ships within the United States and to select international destinations. Available countries will appear at checkout. Postage is included in your membership.

Each edition travels the old-fashioned way, by letter mail with postage stamps, so tracking is not available. Envelopes go out during the first week of each month. Delivery usually takes 5 to 14 days within the US and 10 to 20 days internationally.

Stickers

Stickers ship within the United States.

1 to 10 stickers ship by letter mail with a postage stamp, which keeps shipping low. Letter mail does not include tracking. Most envelopes arrive within 5 to 14 days.

11 or more stickers ship as a tracked package via USPS. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout. If a letter mail order doesn't arrive, contact me and I'll send a replacement.

Art prints

At this time, art prints ship within the United States only. Orders ship via USPS or UPS within 1 to 7 business days after payment is received, and you'll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free US shipping on art print orders of $50 or more.

Shipping times may vary depending on the time of year, especially during the holidays. If you need your order in a hurry, just reach out and I'll do my best to accommodate. Please note that carrier delays are outside my control.

How your order is packed

Stickers ship directly from my studio in a protective sleeve inside an envelope.

Art prints are made to order by my print partner and shipped in a sturdy mailing tube to prevent damage in transit.

Returns

I want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your stickers or art prints, you can request a return within 15 days of delivery.

A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
Customers are responsible for return shipping with a tracking number.
Returned items must be in original condition, unmarked and undamaged.
Please email me for a return authorization before mailing anything back.

This return policy does not apply to the Floriography Mail Club or prepaid gift memberships. You can skip a month or cancel your membership anytime from your account.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and I'll resolve it at no cost to you. If your mail club envelope arrives damaged, send me a photo and I'll mail a free replacement.
