Shipping Policy

Processing Time: With the exception of our Floriography Art Mail Club, all orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

***Floriography Mail Club Shipping Schedule Our mail club members receive two separate shipments each month.

  • First Shipment: Sent on the first Monday of every month.

  • Second Shipment: Sent on the third Monday of every month.

  • Holiday Exception: If either of these Mondays falls on a public holiday, we will ship your envelope on the following business day.

Shipping Rates and Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Domestic Shipping: Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

  • International Shipping: We ship to select countries outside the U.S. International shipping times vary but typically take 7-21 business days. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to their order.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking: We only offer tracking number for order of $35 us dollar or above. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays: Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, customs, or courier disruptions. If your order is delayed, please contact us using our contact form below and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders: If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us immediately. For damaged items, please include photos of the damage to help us resolve the issue quickly.
