When do you ship?

I aim to have your envelope in the mail by the first Monday of the month. As a small studio, quality is my priority—so while timing may vary slightly, you can always expect your mailing to be on its way during the first week of each month.

How long will it take to receive my package?

It usually takes 5 to 14 days if you are in the U.S. For international, outside of the US, it typically takes between 10 to 20 days to receive your package.

Where do you ship?

Currently, the Floriography Art Mail Club ships within the United States, Canada, The UK, Australia and Spain.

What is in my package?

Inside your Standard Floriography membership envelope, you’ll find:

A heartfelt letter from me, sharing a story meant to lift your spirit and bring some positive vibes to your day.
A Collectable 5x7" art print. Printed on high quality archival paper.
One die-cut vinyl, water-resistant stickers. These go very well on laptops, water bottles, Kindle covers, or wherever you like!
1 coloring page.

A Floral Arrangement Postcard (4x6"): A beautiful card featuring a custom-illustrated bouquet or arrangement. The arrangement itself holds a hidden, secret message.

How do I cancel my membership or skip a month?

If you wish to cancel your membership or skip a month, simply sign into the account you created when you started your club subscription, where you will find the option to do either. If you have any problems, please don't hesitate to contact me, and I would be happy to take care of you.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns on our Floriography Art Mail Club. In the rare case that your mail arrives damaged, just send us a photo and we will ship out a free replacement right away.
